The property is reached along a road that leads through vineyards and olive groves. The three independent parts of the property stand on a plot of 5,000 m2 and a swimming pool with a shower and WC in the pool house beneath the dovecote. A corner staircase gives access to the water and a large children's beach is appreciated. There is an unobstructed view of the villages of La Cadière-d'Azur and Le Castellet. Here, you can enjoy perfect peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Entry to the farmhouse is via the kitchen, which connects with the lounge/dining room. From this large living area, there is access to the terrace, which looks out onto the garden by the swimming pool. The ground floor also has a shower room with WC. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. One bedroom, with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC, contains a mezzanine with a single bed. The second bedroom has a large double bed, the third has three single beds, and the fourth has a large double bed. These three bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate.
The former dovecote is a bedroom with a 140-cm double bed.
