alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Raumprogramm ok, schöne überdachte Terrasse, immer Schattenbereiche am Pool, großartiger Ausblick, kaum Straßenlärm von der Autobahn.

Bei der Küchenausstattung haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt:

Es gab keine Teekanne, keine Tee/Kaffetassen, nur kleine Espressotassen,
keine großen Schneidemesser.

das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung sind wirklich traumhaft und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Das Haus war absolut sauber und bis auf ein paar „normale“ Kaffeetassen (es gab nur Espressotassen und große Schalen für Milchkaffee) hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Pool über den kleinen Weinberg ist wunderschön, insbesondere am Abend mit Beleuchtung. Im nahe gelegenen Ort Le Plan du Castellet (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es eine sehr schöne Bäckerei und einen Gemüseladen, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Die Inhaber/Verkäufer in diesen Geschäften sind sehr nett und freundlich, was in Frankreich durchaus nicht immer der Fall ist. Die umliegenden Dörfer, insbesondere La Cadière d’Azur, sind sehr sehenswert. Da wir einigermaßen Französisch sprechen, war auch die Verständigung kein Problem.

we had a great time! It is a wonderful house, and well located. We were received very nicely, and it was spoken both French and English. It was clean. Only problem was that the dishwasher broke, and could not be fixed within the ~5 days that we should still stay after it broke.

We liked the region very much, and we would consider renting this house again at this price, or similar other houses. Though we might also consider renting a sailing boat in Bandol and live on the boat, at least part of a long stay (might be unpractical to stay >1 week on a boat / yacht with kids). Who knows what will happen, maybe we might come back next season or further into the future.

es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen gepflegtem Haus, alles wie beschrieben und alles in Ordnung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung.
Nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Kissen auf den Außenmöbel der Terrasse waren sehr verschlissen, sollten ersetzt werden.
Somit vielen Dank an alle beteiligten
Note5/6Par La Cadiera - 0192-01-01Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und einem Hund 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage in den Weinbergen ist wunderbar, obwohl der Lärm der nahegelegenen Autobahn insbesondere in den frühen Morgenstunden sehr deutlich ist. Sehr genossen haben wir den Pool und die Terrasse.
Die Innenausstattung ist geschmackvoll, jedoch mangelte es an vielen Stellen insbesondere in der Küche an Pflege und Sauberkeit, daher ein Stern Abzug.



KOMMENTAR PVS : Es kommt immer auf die Windstroemung an, ob man was von der Autobahn hoert oder nicht: deshalb geben wir korrekterweise dies in unserer Beschreibung an ( - Vormieter schrieben gar nichts oder auch, dass man es als nicht störend ansehen kann)
Auf den Vermerk wegen der Sauberkeit in der Kueche werden die Besitzer reagieren.

On a wide, steep lot surrounded with vineyards, Mediterranean vegetation and Provence trees, this beautiful villa offers a large covered terrace, facing south, with a table and chairs for dinners and an outern lounge. The terrace is extended by a large gravel yard. Two staircases lead you to the pool below the house where you can relax on loungers and enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. On the other side of the house,which is more wooded, there is a bowling path.. Upstairs is a second terrace with table and sofa from which you can admire the stunning view.
Note: It should be noted that the highway (+800m), not visible from the house, may cause noise, depending on the wind direction and the time of day, which may be inconvenient only for people very sensitive to noise.

You arrive in a large living / dining room with a 30-foot-long bay window opening onto the terrace. A well-appointed open kitchen allows you to prepare your meals. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, one with integrated shower-room and the other with ensuite shower room and WC. Separate WC are also to be found. A staircase leads you upstairs and gives you access to a covered terrace from which the view is splendid. One bedroom with 2 single beds (there is also a sink) opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with 3 single beds (one of which is a pullout bed) ideal for children or teenagers. A bathroom and separate toilet are also on the floor. In a separate room are the washing machine and dryer. Interior volumes are beautiful as is the decor and furnishings, providing a feeling of big comfort.
