Our opinion : This country house is ideal for gathering with family or friends, as well as an excellent base for discovering the beautiful villages of the Var department. For a trip to the more lively Côte d'Azur with its beaches, it's a 60 km drive. This holiday home combines ample space with discreet holiday charm for a relaxing and successful family stay!

An automatic gate gives access to the large, flat, fully fenced plot where four cars can park. The inviting wrought-iron fenced pool with outdoor shower is the place, where you can fully benefit from the pleasures of Farniente. For children, a classic among the garden play equipment is the play frame, but the table tennis table will also keep young and old busy. Not to be forgotten is the large terrace adjacent to the kitchen, overlooking the pool and partially covered by climbing vines.

Across the hall, outfitted with a study corner and a separate WC, the right-hand door leads into the living room and the staircase leads up to the sleeping area of the first floor. Opposite are the kitchen with adjoining utility room, the dining room and the living/TV room with fireplace. Upstairs there is a bathroom and a WC, both separate, and four bedrooms. One has a large double bed with adjoining shower room, the other has two bunk beds and a single bed, the third has a large double bed and the last has a double bed and a single bed. The decoration of the house conveys a rural and familiar, very pleasant atmosphere.
When you arrive, you can choose three of the four available bedrooms, the other one will be closed.
