Inmidst the Var department, in the so-called "Green Provence", you will find this stone house with a beautiful view of Carcès, a village where the nearby vineyards produce a good rosé wine. Several hiking trails lead to the beautiful Caramy waterfalls and also invite to take a walk around the lake of Carcès. At Correns, an organic village 10 km away, there is a popular climbing area for climbers. Cotignac, the interesting, exceptional troglodyte village of the Var department, with its partly still inhabited cave grottos, is only 7 km away.

Four cars can park on the large, flat and completely fenced grounds which are accessed by an automatic gate. An inviting childsecure pool and its nearby outdoor shower are at your disposal and there you can fully enjoy the pleasures of doing nothing and simply chill out. For childrens fun, the classic outdoor playground, a swing set, is available and the table tennis table shall delight young and old. Furthermore, to often spend a lot of pleasant moments, there is also the large terrace adjacent to the kitchen, partly shaded by a trellis of vines, with view of the pool.

From the entrance hall, equipped with an office corner and a separate WC, a right hand-door opens into the living space and the stylish staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area. Opposite are the kitchen with adjoining utility room, dining room and TV/living space with fireplace. Upstairs, there is a bathroom and WC, both separate, and four bedrooms. One has a large double bed with adjoining shower room, the other has two bunk beds and a single bed, the third has a large double bed and the last is furnished with a double and a single bed. The furniture and decoration convey a rural, family and charming atmosphere.
