The property is particularly well exposed and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves. Its quiet and relaxing location offers private access to the river 300 yards below. Typical Provencal villages are within easy reach and it is only a mile away from all amenities.
The region has countless sports and tourism activities to choose from to make your holiday an exciting and successful one. Note6/6Par Le Clos de l'Olivette 6p - 0248-01-02Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison possédant de très beaux espaces, bien étudiée et bien équipée. La situation est également exceptionnelle, une belle piscine bien entretenue avec vue imprenable sur l'environnement. Donc nous avons été très satisfait de notre choix.
En remarque, par rapport à d'autres expériences il n'y avait aucune documentation sur les promenades ou sites à découvrir dans la région.
Dommage également que les propriétaires n'ont pas mis à disposition les modes d'emploi des différents appareils ménagers qui peuvent parfois être nécessaires.
Nous avons trouvé que le prix demandé pour le nettoyage 80 euros est excessif et nous pensions que cette somme était incluse dans le prix de la location alors qu'on nous a demandé de les payer à la remise des clés.

Remarque PVS :
Pour une maison de 160 m² + la terrasse extérieure, le prix de 80 € de nettoyage final est en-dessous de la moyenne demandée par d'autres propriétaires. Dans le contrat accepté en ligne par le locataire et dans les documents fournis, il est clairement indiqué que le nettoyage final est à payer séparément directement au propriétaire.
Note6/6Par Le Clos de l'Olivette 6p - 0248-01-02Sehr schöne Lage. Großes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Leider sehr viel Gerümpel in den Küchen- und Wohnzimmerschränken (Werkzeuge, Baumaterial, Unmengen Putzmittel).
Garagenbereich ist Gerümpelkeller. Da dort auch die Waschmaschinen steht ist das störend.
Außendusche defekt - den Vermieter hat es nicht interessiert.
Garagen konnten nicht verwendet werden, da der Vermieter die Fernsteuerung nicht an die Mieter weitergibt.

KOMMENTAR PVS :
Die vorhandenen Wekrzeuge und Produkte sind notwending fuer den gerechten Unterhalt des 200m² grossen Hauses und der Sickergrube. Die Objekte In der Garage würden in einem Wohnraum stören. Die Fernsteuerung fuer die Garage wird generell bei der Ankunft zur Verfuegung gestellt, es war ein Vergessen und es wurde nicht danach gefragt. Die Aussendusche wurde inzwischen repariert und kann in der Saison 2019 wieder benutzt werden.

Die beiden Badezimmer ganz toll.
Der Pool war so groß, wie er dargestellt wurde.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr schöner Lage umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Weinbergen und man einen tollen Ausblick.
Das Haus ist sehr groß und super ausgestattet. Es gibt draußen
sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten und wir haben viel Zeit am schönen
Pool und auch auf dem Bouleplatz verbracht.
Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern, wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war bestens.

Cette villa a tout pour plaire : des espaces généreux dans un endroit calme et reposant, avec vue sur la plaine. De plus elle est très bien équipée en appareils ménagers.

It has a very large and bright living space featuring a large and modern fully fitted kitchen, two tables and a lounge with two couch and aTV. Large French windows with electric shutters overlook the pool, the covered patios and countryside. A room with a double bed, an en suite shower room and a separate toilet complete the amenities.
A wide staircase leads upstairs where two bedrooms are located, both with two single beds each, one of these rooms has a private roof terrace. They share a bathroom featuring a bath, a shower, double sinks and a separate toilet.
