This large, contemporary style villa was recently built and features all modern conveniences. It is located on a large plot overlooking the Var countryside. It hangs on the side of a pine forest, and features a large swimming pool. This bright house has five bedrooms, is fully air-conditioned and also offers a two-car closed-in garage. The property is particularly well exposed and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves. Its quiet and relaxing location offers private access to the river 300 yards below. Typical Provencal villages are within easy reach and it is only a mile away from all amenities.
The region has countless sports and tourism activities to choose from to make your holiday an exciting and successful one. You will discover the Côtes-de -Provence wines, explore the Verdon Gorge or the lake of Sainte-Croix, visit the Abbey of Thoronet or take a ride to the Mediterranean beaches and Saint Tropez.
The 1.2 acre terraced garden is planted with olive trees. The large swimming pool with shower is fully exposed to the sun, a petanque area and two large covered patios built against the house will be the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful view. An outdoor grill and many parking spaces are available.
The lower floor features the 2-car closed-in garage, the laundry and storeroom. Access to the main floor is via an outside staircase or through the garage. It has a very large and bright living space featuring a large and modern fully fitted kitchen, two tables and a lounge with two couch and a TV. Large French windows with electric shutters overlook the pool, the covered patios and countryside. A room with a double bed, an en suite shower room and a separate toilet complete the amenities.
A wide staircase leads upstairs where four bedrooms are located, one with a double bed and the other three with two single beds each, one of these rooms has a private roof terrace. They share a bathroom featuring a bath, a shower, double sinks and a separate toilet.

The final cleaning of € 100 is included in each rental rate below. The rental amount specified in the tenancy agreement does not include the final cleaning payable upon arrival.
The tourist tax is payable in addition : 5.76% per night/ adult. Upper limit 3.93 EUR.

What an absolutely gorgeous house - we all had an amazing relaxing holiday. The distance to local shops and restaurants was much further than stated therefore not really walkable, which wasn’t too much of a problem for us as we had an elderly relative with us so driving was always the option! There wasn’t a ping pong table as stated but again not too much of a problem for us! The house itself was absolutely stunning. Thank you again for yet another great holiday.

COMMENTS PVS:
The owner specifies that the villa is well located, as indicated on our site, 1.5 km from the historic village centre of Montfort sur Argens. In this centre you can find a village grocery store, two bars, one of which sells tobacco and a restaurant. On the other hand, the small supermarket is at the other end of the village, about 1.8 miles ( 3 km) from the villa.
As for the ping pong table, it was damaged at the beginning of the season and it has been removed from our description.
