This villa with somehow a kind of artist's ambience is colourfully furnished and offers a neat and elegant comfort inside. Outside, the large swimming pool invites for relaxation. To undertake discovery tours, it is 6 km to the charming Troglodyte village of Cotignac and 8 km to Carcès, which has managed to preserve its authenticity thanks to its medieval town atmosphere. This holiday home is located in an area surrounded by a lot of typical Provençal villages (Entrecasteaux, Cotignac with its still inhabited caves, Le Thoronet with its famous abbey...).

Upon approaching by car, you enter the 5000 m2 plot at the back of the villa. The grounds are completely closed with a motorised gate and there easily can be parked three cars. Several sun-protected terraces offer a relaxing view of the leafy surroundings and invite to take your meals outdoors there. The large swimming pool in its absolutely intimate setting, with outdoor shower, is the right place to refresh and relax. Furthermore, a boules court is also planned to enrich the long summer evenings with fun and games.

The ground floor comprises the cosy living room, the dining room, the well-equipped kitchen, a further small music/ living lounge and a bedroom furnished with a large double bed; then a shower room and a WC, both separate. The upper floor is outlaid with three bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds and the third one with a large double bed and they share a shower room with WC. A bedroom more is in the outbilding in front of the pool, equipped with a large double bed and an adjoining shower room with WC.
The entire villa is air-conditioned, except the bedroom in the outbuilding.
