Note6/6Par Villa Hélios 6P - 0242-01-02Haus wunderschön gelegen. Küche bestens eingerichtet für leidenschaftliche Köchinnen, grosszügig, mit viel Besteck/Geschirr.
Schlafräume funktionell, aber gemütlich, mehr muss es nicht sein.
Grosser Esstisch im Sommer praktisch als Ablage, haben nur draussen gegessen. Die Metallstühle Esstisch Terrasse sind leider sehr unbequem, dünne Sitzkissen helfen wenig beim stundenlangen Sitzen und Geniessen. Praktisch: Raum unten, konnten Räder dort deponieren.
Beheizter Pool: War zu Beginn 14 Grad....nach Telefonaten dann etwas wärmer, aber niemals die angegebenen 24 oder 26 Grad.
Sehr freundliche Dame, die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat, man fühlte sich wirklich willkommen. Haus überaus sauber, gepflegt, keine kitschigen Feriensouvenirs.

Also, einzig negative Punkte die Stühle und der leider nicht aufgewärmte Pool (beheizter Pool war ein Hauptkriterium für Wahl des Hauses...).
Aber alles in allem: Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, wir würden (oder werden) es wieder mieten. Die Lage und die Ausstattung haben das erfüllt, was die "Werbung" versprochen hat und wir konnten unsern Velourlaub in vollen Zügen geniessen.

KOMMENTAR PVS:
Der Pool-Spezialist hatte versaeumt, vorzuheizen und bei sehr frischen Aussentemperaturen ist es nicht leicht, das Wasser auf die gewuenschte Temperatur hochzubringen.
Wegen den Stuhlkissen wird daraufhin was Bequemeres vorzufinden sein.
Note6/6Par Villa Hélios 6P - 0242-01-02Sehr schönes Haus, das beste, das ich jemals hatte. Vollständig eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt. Wunderschöner Blick, kaum Lärmbelästigung. Freundliche Begrüßung durch die Kontaktperson - mangelhafte Französischkenntnisse meinerseits waren kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 10 km Entfernung.

This great new house facing South dominates the vineyards of the Cotes du Rhone. The large pool has a water treatment with salt (no chlorine). It is heated and secured with a roller shutter. The sunbeds with individual sunshade each and comfortable garden furniture settle around the terrace garden where reigns calm, rest and beautifully view over the valley, the Mont Ventoux and the village. The carport is for 2 cars.
The stone staircase accesses a large covered terrace of 430 sqft. On the side is another terrace adjoining the kitchen. Two pretty tables allow to take your meals while appreciating the gorgeous view. For your grill, you have a top-of- the range barbecue.

On the garden level, facing the pool, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with WC. Under the stairs, a large room for storage is available and this level is also featured with a baby foot.
The first floor distributes a large room including an American kitchen equipped with the latest technology, a large table and chairs for dining, a seating area with a comfortable leather corner sofa facing a large flat screen TV. Two large French- windows open onto the terrace. The pivoting design woodstove is centrally located. For your convenience, a separate laundry and separate toilet complete the amenities of this floor.
On the 2nd floor, a corridor leads to three bedrooms. Righthand two bedrooms with large double bed share a shower room and toilet. For the bedroom lefthand with two single beds there is also a shower and toilet.
You can choose the three rooms upon your arrival.
