Our opinion : With the Gardon River Canyons 12 km away, Uzès 25 km away and the Arena of Nîmes 30 km away, we recommend this recently refurbished air-conditioned villa with heated swimming pool and pool house for a holiday that leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen on the ground floor is ideal for maximising time spent outdoors - around the pool as we all want to do when on holiday.

An automatic gate opens onto the nicely laid-out plot, where four cars can be parked. The heated swimming pool has a large natural-stone surround and a pool house that serves as a dining area and is equipped with a refrigerator. There is a table-tennis table to liven up the evenings, and pétanque can be played on the right-hand side of the villa.

On the ground floor, entry is via the lounge, with an open kitchen on the left. This connects with a bedroom looking out onto the covered terrace with two single beds, which can be put together to make a king size bed, further an integrated shower room and separate WC. This room is opening onto the roofed terrasse .The laundry room is reached via this bedroom or by a narrow staircase from the upstairs kitchen. The outdoor staircase at the front leads to the upper level, which comprises an entrance hall with two separate WCs, a shower room and a hallway on the left leading to three bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms, one of which has an integrated shower room, each have a large double bed. On the right is the open kitchen adjoining the lounge-dining room with access to the terrace.
