The house is in a residential district of Lirac, a small village in the Gard départment with an outstanding geographical location right in the heart of the Rhône Valley and close to many places of interest and gateway to Provence and the Vaucluse. Orange, Avignon, the Pont-du-Gard and Nîmes are half an hour away by car. Lirac is also a Côtes-du-Rhône grand cru wine-growing district, just across the Rhône from Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
The villa has a wooded 1,000 m² plot of fenced land with parking space for three cars. The most of the garden is grassed, and hedges afford a degree of privacy from the neighbourhood. Outside the dining room is a terrace covered by a pergola to shield you from the Provençal sun while you enjoy the view of the well-appointed pool area during meals.
Entry to the house is via the large living room, containing the lounge area with its large sofas and its fireplace, and, just to the right, the dining room and beautiful, very well-equipped open plan kitchen. This spacious and well-lit room looks out on the terrace and garden. Beyond the lounge, a corridor leads to three bedrooms, each with a large double bed, and to a separate bathroom and separate WC.

The final cleaning of € 80 is included in each rental rate below. The rental amount specified in the tenancy agreement does not include the final cleaning payable upon arrival.
