Our opinion : Without a doubt, a privileged place to gather as a family or among friends, a long awaited holiday, in a magnificently relaxing region but also rich in things to discover. The four bedroom areas are well separated, offering a certain independence, much appreciated when staying as several families.

The large plot is enclosed and well landscaped. Six cars can park inside the property. A tiled 80m2 terrace, covered by reeds, includes a large table to bring you together at meal times or for an aperitif after a game of pétanque or table tennis. Around the generously sized swimming pool, which has five steps leading into the water, there is a relaxation area for your added comfort, with several mattresses and cushions awaiting you in the shade for a well-earned siesta. In the farmhouse, the large plate glass door in the dining room leads you outside, and in the loft the lounge door takes you outside. The loft kitchen also has a terrace shaded from the sun by reeds, with an eating area and a lounge garden.

The entrance is through the dining room with its huge table to bring you together to share a good meal. On the left, the adjoining kitchen is well equipped with electrical appliances and beautiful crockery, and its back kitchen includes a refrigerated wine cellar and washing machine. Following on, there is a shower room with a WC, useful for the swimming pool, and a bedroom with a 2m wide bed and integrated shower room with a WC. The staircase at the far end of the kitchen leads to 4 bedrooms, a shower room and a WC, both separate. The first has a double bed and a single bed, the second has a double bed and a sofa, the third has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has a large double bed with an integrated shower room. At the far end of the dining room there is the very comfortable lounge with large screen TV and working fireplace. Next, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms with double beds and integrated shower rooms in each and a separate WC. It also leads to a loft which also has an independent entrance through the gate located behind the farmhouse. With a waxed concrete floor, this "loft" has a kitchen with a central island which serves as an eating area, a lounge with TV and table football and a separate WC. Upstairs, there is a separate WC, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and each with an integrated shower room. All the bedrooms have electric heaters.
