Note6/6Par Les Tourterelles - 0330-01-01Wir haben uns in unserem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Besteck waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie begrüßten uns mit Erfrischungen und vielen guten Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Interessantes speziell für Kinder. Unsere Kinder genossen auch die Spiele und Kinderbücher, die im Haus verfügbar waren.

mobilier piscine, séchoir à linge très daté..

environnement en pleine construction et développement de lotissements, heureusement que la maison est assez protégée par la végétation et les murs des constructions en cours.

Maison agréable et propriétaires très serviable.

Juste 3 choses à améliorer je pense :

-un manque de pression d'eau dans la douche (pas évident de se rincer avec un filet d'eau)

- et justement une autre douche (facilement réalisable dans la buanderie à coté de la cuisine) car une seule douche pour 8 personnes ce n'est pas très pratique.

-et enfin la douche de la piscine qui au lieu d’être a coté de l'escalier nous oblige à faire tout le tour de la piscine,pas très logique.

(gros problème de douche dans cette maison ^^).

Donc au final un bien qui aurai frisé le très bien avec peu de choses.

Note6/6Par Les Tourterelles - 0330-01-01Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns sehr freundlich geholfen haben das Haus zu finden (es liegt etwas versteckt, als eines der wenigen älteren Häuser in einem Neubaugebiet). Bei kühlen Getränken haben sie uns Tipps zu Ausflügen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genannt.

Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen, großen Pool und ist umgeben von einem großen Garten mit vielen Mandelbäumen. In direkter Nachbarschaft ist ein (ruhiges) Neubaugebiet. Die Küche ist sehr gut, mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind wie beschrieben. Das W-Lan hat funktioniert (bis zur Terrasse, aber nicht bis zum Pool).

Einrichtungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Super-U, Bäcker usw.) sind in Courthézon, allerdings nicht in Laufdistanz.
Im näheren ( ca 1h ) Umland gibt es viele sehr schöne Ausflugsziele (Orange, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vaison-la-Romaine....).

Von der Autobahn und der Strasse hört man praktisch nichts. Was man wissen muss, dass man werktags mehrmals Tiefflieger der französischen Luftwaffe vom Militärflugplatz in Orange hört.

Note6/6Par Les Tourterelles - 0330-01-01Accueil chaleureux malgré la situation sanitaire. Etat de la maison impeccable et très agréable séjour. Piscine extra, pas de vis-à-vis et très calme. Dommage ce quartier de maison..... . A refaire sans hésitation.

COMMENTAIRE PVS : Un lotissement s'est construit à côté. La vue peut gêner certains vacanciers en arrivant mais avec son grand parc clôturé, la propriété fait vite oublier ce détail de mon point de vue.

La maison en soi est très bien (manque de couteaux qui coupent étrangement pour une maison par ailleurs bien équipée). En revanche, il faudrait je pense préciser que la maison est en plein dans un lotissement de nouvelles maisons/appartements car ça fait évidemment perdre de son charme au tout, même si les propriétaires n’y sont pour rien.
Note6/6Par Les Tourterelles - 0330-01-01We have spent two wonderful weeks in Les Tourterelles, owners are great and care-taking, the house and pool are wonderful. The shower in the upper bathroom should get a new shower head, but the owners are already working on it. Despite the newly built houses around the huge grounds of Les Tourterelles, we always felt a high degree of privacy and the planes from the military base, that flew over 1-3 times per day, did not bother us at all, our kids instead loved staring at them. The super-U in town (5 minutes by bike) covered all our needs and there are two bakeries in town. Pool is quite deep at the one end, but as it is fenced of, kids are well protected from entering on their own (we spent the time with kids ages 9, 8, 5, 5 and 1). Overall, we rate the house as wonderful!

Gros + pour la magnifique piscine.
Seul bémol : une seule salle de bain, bien que spacieuse.

Our opinion : You will enjoy a pretty villa with a charming garden and a wonderfully sized swimming pool for you to relax, after the numerous activities. It is ideally located to visit the region and the unmissable sites of the Comtat Venaissin, not forgetting the appreciated Monteux aquatic park (18 km), Splashworld Provence

The villa has a large and wonderful garden with beautiful trees. A large part of the garden is lawned and hedges provide privacy from the neighbours. A covered terrace at the entrance to the house has been set up so you can enjoy your meals on it, and a smaller one shaded from the sun by Virginia creepers is located in front of the dining room. On the right of the house you will find the enclosed swimming pool area, with an outdoor shower and pool house, which is equipped with a microwave, a fridge and table football. The very deep pool has 5 steps aside leading down to it and a large 1.20cm deep shelf extending over the entire width before reaching the large pool. Rounding off the activities, you can play table tennis or pétanque.

You enter the house by an entrance hall which has a cloakroom, a separate WC and stairs leading to the floor above. On the right is the dining room divided by a large window with the adjoining well-equipped kitchen, which has a gas range, and the store-/linen room which opens to the garage where the table tennis table has been set up. On the left, you have a bedroom with a double bed and the lounge with two sofas, fireplace, and a flat-screen TV which has foreign TV channels. Upstairs on the right, you will find a bedroom with a large double bed, looking out onto a terrace, and a bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom and separate WC. On the left, the third bedroom has a double bed and a terrace.
