Our opinion : The house is recently built, light-flooded with very good quality furnishings and tasteful equipments. We warmly recommend this address in the middle of an area rich in tourist and cultural attractions.

The villa in this quiet residential area is situated amidst a few houses and a small vineyard. The entrance gate at the dead end opens onto the gravel path to the house. A beautiful terrace surrounds the pool and the elegant garden furniture and the outdoor dining area under the leaf covered pergola invites to relax. As the sun loungers by the pool do, very appreciated for spending a successful holiday.

A large glass door leads directly into the spacious living/dining room, at the end of which is a modernly furnished and fully equipped kitchen corner with adjoining pantry. A corridor leads to three beautiful bedrooms. Two with a queen size bed each are sharing a bathroom. The third is the master bedroom also furnished with a queen size bed and provides a shower corner and washbasin. A separate toilet is located in the hallway. All the furnishings are new, comfortable and tasteful.
