Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au mas de la plaine.
Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli sympathiquement et chaleureusement. Des boissons fraîches nous ont été servies dès notre arrivée, ce qui était très appréciable après un long voyage!
La villa est très bien située pour découvrir quelques pôles importants de la Provence (Avignon, Mont Ventoux, baux de provence,...).
La maison était bien équipée et dans l'ensemble assez propre. Cependant, la cuisine d'été mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, les meubles de jardin n'étaient pas en super état, ni très confortables. Nous aurions aussi apprécié des housses à mettre sur les matelas des chaises longues car pas très hygiénique même avec une serviette de bain.
Le jardin était très bien entretenu et, malgré l'autoroute tout près, nous n'avons pas été incommodé par le bruit.
C'est sans hésitation que nous ferions, à nouveau, appel à "Provence sélection" pour découvrir en profondeur cette magnifique région.

REMARQUE PVS: Suite à ce message les propriétaires nous informent :
- la cuisine d'été (au pool house) est en rénovation et que les housses des transats seront changées avant la saison
- Autres améliorations également prévues : WC (intérieurs) seront refaits, changement de certains ustensiles de cuisine et achat de canapés pour les terrasses extérieures.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien.
Das Haus ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch der Pool wurde zweimal in der Woche gereinigt und war in gutem Zustand. Falls es mal eine Kleinigkeit gab, haben die sehr freundlichen Besitzer sofort reagiert. Sie waren immer ansprechbar. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort, um Ferien zu verbringen. Falls es sich ergibt, würden wir gerne wieder dorthin fahren.

Die Autobahn stört überhaupt nicht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgesprochen gut.

Alles war gepflegt und sauber, der Poolservice durch den Hausherrn einwandfrei.

Wir können Sie guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen und werden sicher gerne bei Ihnen wieder buchen.

concernant notre séjour :

Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire, maison très spacieuse, propre, confortable et très bien équipée.
l'entretien en général est bon, les extérieurs sont également très agréables.
Piscine avec coin à manger très pratique, par contre les chaises longues et les matelas sont un peu datés.

Idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille.

Der Pool wird zwei Mal pro Woche gesäubert und ist angenehm beheizt.

Problematisch sind die Duschen:
Im EG gibt es nur eine Badewanne mit Brause ohne Wandhalterung.
Im Obergeschoss gibt es in der Duschkabine nur eine Wandhalterung in mittlerer Höhe, so dass man die Brause zum Waschen der Haare in der Hand halten muss.

Der Wasserdruck ist zu schwach und die Kapazität des Heizkessels reicht nicht für den Wasserverbrauch von 4 Personen geschweige denn für acht.
Hier tut Änderung in jeder Beziehung not.

Die Kapazität des Heizkessels ist ausreichend, es lag eine Panne vor, die leider nicht sofort gemeldet wurde, erst beim Auschecken, dann aber umgehend repariert wurde.

die Ankunft in Roquemaure gestaltete sich sehr gut; Herr Contardo geleitete uns vom Zentrum des Ortes mit seinem Auto zum Ferienhaus.
Alle Infos, die wir erhielten, waren sehr hilfreich und ausführlich.
Das Haus war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles haben wir so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Besonders schön ist das Elternschlafzimmer mit Flügeltür zur Terrasse, die topmodern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Küche sowie der Essplatz direkt am Pool inkl. Küche. Der Pool war sehr sauber und der Garten ist mit den Olivenbäumen sehr romantisch. Das obere Bad ist sehr farbenfroh und originell.
Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas versteckt im Ort.
Wiederum war die Lage schön mit Blick auf die Weinberge.
Der Lärm von der Autobahn hat nur wenig gestört.
Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern ist etwas bescheiden; das Händehandtuch sehr klein. Die Endreinigung mit 110€ empfanden wir als zu hoch, weil das Geschirr gewaschen sein musste, der Kühlschrank geleert und der Müll weggebracht.
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir bedanken uns für die von Ihnen excellente Abwicklung. Mit freundl. Grüßen
Note6/6Par Le Mas de la Plaine - 0152-01-01Meine Frau und ich nutzten das Haus besser ausgedrückt das Anwesen nur zu zweit. Uns ist es wichtig die wenigen Tage Urlaub die wir haben so ruhig und ungestört wie nur möglich zu verbringen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt, die Eingewöhnungszeit war gefühlt Null. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist als ruhig zu bezeichnen die Autobahn kaum wahrzunehmen. Garten und der Private Pool sind ein Traum, auch hier blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auch weil er Autobahn Anschluss hat. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen und Hilfsbereiten Vermieter. An dieser Stelle nochmals Danke! Das Portal „Provence Villas Selection“ (wir haben das erste mahl hier gebucht) hat mich im Vorfeld schon mehr als überzeugt, hier hat man nicht das Gefühl nur eine Nummer zu sein! Unser Fazit: Wir Buchen das Haus im nächsten Jahr wieder und das haben wir noch nie vorher getan!! Michael & Steffanie K.
Note6/6Par Le Mas de la Plaine - 0152-01-01Wir fanden das Haus an und für sich sehr gut geeignet,
es ist alles praktisch und der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt,
der Pool ist gut in Schuss und die Aussenküche mit Tisch sind
angenehm.
Das Bad im OG ist klein aber funktioniert.


Unser Fazit lautet:
Ein schönes Anwesen, aber wir würden es dennoch nicht mehr mieten, da die Geräusche von der sehr nahen Autobahn doch enorm sind, und wir nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen konnten.

Der Ort Roquemaure wird evtl. in einigen Jahren noch mal schöner sein, derzeit jedoch bietet er kaum ein Fleckchen, an dem man sich gerne länger aufhalten und geniessen würde.
Die direkte Umgebung bietet keine schönen Möglichkeiten zu spazieren,
die Gastronomie ist unterentwickelt.

Our opinion : A nice and comfortable holiday home with a very pleasant planted and upkept garden, perfectly located - an excellent value for money.

The fenced garden is very shaded and pleasant. Two terraces (one of them is covered) and a nice swimming pool space with a pool house, an equipped summer kitchen and a dining room will be perfect for your holidays. The water of the swimming pool is maintained at 28°C by heat pump from April till September.
Notice: please notice that sometimes due to the orientation of the wind you might hear a slight background noise caused by the motorway (located at 1000 feets far from the house). However, it is separated from the house by a small hill, which makes it invisible and we found that not particularly annoying.
