A pretty wrought-iron gate opens in front of the country house onto a 1000 m2 part of this large, fully fenced plot where the remaining 4000 m2 are leading towards the pool area. The plot provides sufficent space to park six cars safely. From the kitchen, a door leads to a beautiful arbour shaded by a trellis, ideal place to enjoy your meals. Young and old alike will have fun around the boules court, table tennis table and table football in the games room. The pool house with shower and WC near the large, heated pool provides shade and rounds off the overall facilities.

You enter the house via the air-conditioned living room with TV. To the left is the dining room, then the kitchen and further the utility room and a separate visitors toilet. Right-hand, a narrow staircase leads up to the sleeping area with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first floor comprises a bedroom with a canopy double bed adjoining a bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 persons and a bathroom with WC ; all three are separate. Then it goes 8 stone steps down to another bedroom with a large double bed and an adjacent shower room with WC. The third bedroom has a large double bed and is adjacent to a bedroom with two single beds, through which you reach the adjoining shower room with WC. From here, a wooden staircase leads to the second floor which is outlaid with a bedroom, furnished with a large double bed, adjacent to a bedroom with two single beds, through which you can access the adjoining shower room with WC. Finally, the last bedroom has a large double bed and adjoins a room with two single beds. This leads through to the contigous bathroom with WC, which can be closed off by a door.
