On the ground floor, the entrance hall - which has a table football game - divides the spacious living area from the lounge below and the kitchen/diner to the right. Both have direct access to the outdoors. The refined décor with its discreet colour scheme gives a holiday feeling to this area. A bedroom with a large double bed and integrated shower room with WC, plus a laundry room and a separate WC, round off the facilities. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and integrated shower room with WC. One of them has a terrace.
