Entry to the fully fenced property is by an automatic gate; there is parking for three cars. Outside the kitchen/diner is a small covered terrace, and there is a large terrace with dining area outside the lounge. One of the upstairs rooms also has a terrace. The garden is well tended, and there are sun loungers and parasols to let you enjoy the inviting wooden pool surround.

The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and integrated shower room with WC. One of them has a terrace.
