On approach you arrive at the rear side of the villa where you can park three cars on the plot, which is locked by a motorised gate. You can relax on the large, sun-protected terrace, which is running across the entire front of the villa. The pool house adjacent to the kitchen invites with an outdoor dining area, and opposite you have a shower room with WC, much appreciated after a day around the pool. Table tennis and petanque can be played for fun and games and promise enlivened evenings.

Access to this fully air-conditioned villa is given through the hall which leads into the large living room with American kitchen and an utility room serving also as a laundry. To the left, a hallway leads to a separate toilet and a bedroom with TV, large double bed and integrated shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One is equipped with a TV, a large double bed and an adjoining shower room with WC. Another has a large double bed and the last is furnished with two single beds. The last two share a shower room and WC, both separate.
