Golfers have only 10 km to drive to Domaine de Manville and those who are more into antiques and art should be happy in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, 30 km away, a charming and romantic town criss-crossed by canals of the Sorgue river. Avignon, with the Papal Palace, the famous Pont d'Avignon (Saint Bénézet bridge) and its festival in July, is only 20 km away.

On approach you arrive at the rear side of the villa where you can park three cars on the plot, which is locked by a motorised gate. You can relax on the large, sun-protected terrace, which is running across the entire front of the villa. The pool house adjacent to the kitchen invites with an outdoor dining area, and opposite you have a shower room with WC, much appreciated after a day around the pool. Table tennis and petanque can be played for fun and games and promise enlivened evenings.

Access to this fully air-conditioned villa is given through the hall which leads into the large living room with American kitchen and an utility room serving also as a laundry. To the left, a hallway leads to a separate toilet and a bedroom with TV, large double bed and integrated shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One is equipped with a TV, a large double bed and an adjoining shower room with WC. Another has a large double bed and the last is furnished with two single beds. The last two share a shower room and WC, both separate.
