Note6/6Par Mas Gariguette 10P - 0294-01-01Das Haus war für unsere Gruppe von 8 Personen optimal - jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit einem en suite Badezimmer. Die Infrastruktur des Hauses und der Umgebung (Garten , Pool, Grill etc.) war ebenfalls super und liess keine Wünsche offen. Sogar im Poolbreich gab es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Würfeleis produzierenden Kühlschrank! Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und in der Küche fehlte wirklich nichts. Im gepflegten Garten konnten wir uns frei bewegen, war er dank seiner Einzäunung (Bäume und Schutzmauer) auch nicht einsehbar.
Wir wurden vom Besitzerehepaar mit einer grossen Obstplatte und einer Flasche Wein ganz herzlich empfangen.

Fazit: Wir können dieses Haus jederzeit vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen.

Our opinion : A huge property where everyone will feel at home, either inside or outside, owing to the multiple well laid out spaces. And not forgetting its strategic location, in the heart of the Alpilles, with beautiful views and well-kept traditions.

The farmhouse is in a nearly 2,000 m2 landscaped plot with a private heated swimming pool located behind the property in a courtyard which offers absolute privacy. A large pool house with changing room, shower room and separate WC lets you to spend some lovely moments by the pool. Numerous activities are possible in the spacious gardens, such as pétanque or table tennis. The property has a 30 m2 terrace covered by vines offering shade. The second 25 m2 terrace is great due to its proximity to the kitchen where you can take your meals in the shade of the olive tree. The property has an old working wood oven which is great for pizzas. In the middle of the garden, a small house which includes games is for the little ones. A large covered parking space enables you to park three cars under shelter.

You enter the farmhouse through a large glass door which opens onto the spacious lounge/dining room, the two areas separated by a contemporary double fireplace. There is a Provençal style kitchen which gives access to one of the farmhouse's terraces as well as to two separate WCs. A further small lounge with a sofa bed is very pleasant for a quiet read or simply to relax. This communicates with the upper floor where a hall/lounge with its 120cm wide bed leads to a bedroom with a double bed and integrated bathroom with private WC. A second stone staircase connects the large lounge to the other part of the first floor composed of three bedrooms. One has a double bed, an integrated shower room and private WC. The second has a double bed and an integrated bathroom with private WC. The last bedroom has two single beds, an integrated bathroom and private WC. There is also a laundry room and a separate WC.
