Two cars can be parked on the large, well landscaped and neatly maintained grounds. In front of the living area is the large covered terrace with the dining area and that in front of the pool is furnished with comfortable garden furniture for relaxing moments. A third terrace outside offers a parasoland invites for sunbathing.

You enter the house via a hallway leading to a large room consisting of a spacious TV lounge with passage to the eat-in kitchen with pantry. On the ground floor equipped with underfloor cooling, there is also a separate WC and a bedroom with a large double bed and adjoining shower room. The spacious, bright living room gives direct access to the garden thanks to the large French doors. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and one with an adjoining shower room. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and the third is equipped with a 120 cm wide and a 90 cm wide bed. A shower room and a WC, both separate, complete the facilities.
