This exceptional, beautifully renovated country house, located between Avignon and Arles (about 20 km), offers generous dimensions and has high quality furnishings. Its geographical location ensures a varied stay if you like to move and explore. Our opinion : Between Camargue and Alpilles, prestigious Provençal landhouse in the countryside, without any vis-à-vis, overlooking the Alpilles. Ideal setting to visit the Alpilles, Luberon, Camargue and the gorges of the Gardon with the aqueduct Pont-du-Gard, all this without having to drive many kilometres. Its proximity to shops is also appreciated if you don't want to depend on the car during your holiday.

You enter the property through an automatic gate where you can park up to 5 cars. The large courtyard houses the main entrance of the landhouse on your left and on the right, passing a door set into the stone wall, you'll join the spacious and beautifully tiled pool area where the lazy outdoor life takes place. Nothing is lacking: a well-equipped pool house, a heated pool, a shower room with WC and a boules track that is lit up at night. Table tennis and table football are set up in a large room opposite the landhouse. In addition, people like to spend their evenings on the terrace next to the shared bedroom.
It is possible to lock the door on the stone wall between the main courtyard and the pool area, which makes the pool secure.

The ground floor comprises the large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining- and sitting room by the fireplace, then a separate WC and a bedroom with large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC. This suite is designed for people with reduced mobility. Opposite the kitchenette, a staircase leads to a bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with WC, which can be connected to the shared bedroom by a lockable double door if desired. The laundry room is in the vestibule of the main entrance door, then up 10 and 6 steps to a bedroom with large double bed, integrated shower room and en-suite WC. On the same landing is the shared bedroom with a large double bed and three single beds, with adjoining shower room and WC. From this level you access the terrace with views of the Montagnette de Boulbon. Seven steps above the shared bedroom, you will reach the ancient dovecote, which has been converted into a beautiful suite with a large double bed, adjoining shower room and WC. Finally, the last room has its own access from the courtyard, so is at ground level and has a large double bed with adjoining bathroom and WC.
The entire farmhouse is air-conditioned. There is a TV and Wi-Fi in each room.
