Note5/6Par La Cesta - 0298-01-01Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Haus hat flair, aber leider benötigt es an der einen oder anderen Ecke mal ein "Update". Lage ist genial. Es ist ruhig, das nächste Städtchen nah genug. Der Swimmingpool ist super von der Grösse. Riesiges Grundstück, man hat viel Platz und alles in einer sehr privaten Umgebung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und auch die Frau, die alle paar Tage nach dem Pool guckte war mit Hinweisen hilfreich.

Note: le lit d'enfant fourni n'est pas idéal (il trainait à la poussière dans la grange). Il vaut donc mieux prendre le sien.

COMMENTS PVS: 1 room has AC, in the house are 3 fans. The landlady mandated a replacing person for this checkin, she had to leave urgently. Therefore this person only spoke French.
Note5/6Par La Cesta - 0298-01-01Le gros plus : le terrain très bien aménagé, au calme, avec l'immense piscine, beaucoup de coins d'ombre. La maison elle-même a du caractère, et est suffisante pour 10 personnes, et fonctionnelle. Un bémol sur les salles d'eau, un peu vieillottes.
La propriétaire est charmante, et boit l'apéro avec nous lors de l'accueil.
Note5/6Par La Cesta - 0298-01-01La Cesta hat unheimlich viel Charme - eine ältere Villa mit Historie. Technisch ist nicht alles perfekt und auf dem neuesten Stand - aber das macht es auch aus. Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage, umgeben von Obstplantgagen. Auf der einen Seite sehr ruhig, jedoch ab und zu mit landwirtschaftlichem geprägten Geräuschen (Traktor, Maschinen, etc.) Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört.

Je nach Windlage liegt das Haus in der Anflugschneise vom Flughafen Avignon. Ein kleinerer Flughafen für die Learjets - keine Jumbos. Das kann manchmals etwas stören, aber das ist tagsüber; nachst ist absolute Ruhe.

Der Garten und Pool ist sehr schön und lässt sich herrlich geniessen. In 3 km Entfernung gibt es einen Bäcker und im Umkreis von max 20 min Autofahrt alles was das Herz begehrt. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für ein paar Aktivitäten.

Rundherum für Familien und Urlaub mit Freunden zu empfehlen.

J'ai découvert votre site par hasard et j'aimerais avant tout vous remercier pour la qualité de votre prestation ainsi que pour la gentillesse des personnes responsables de l'accueil à la Cesta.

Pour le dire simplement c'est une maison où il fait bon vivre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Juste le temps de défaire les valises et l'on se sent comme chez soi avec un énorme plus, pour nous citadins, le calme et de grands espaces. Sur un plan pratique rien ne manque, tout fonctionne.
Mes enfants et petits enfants (tous adultes) se joignent à moi pour témoigner du plaisir de ces 15 jours passés (trop court !) dans ce lieu où peut-être nous reviendrons.....

De plus la propriétaire est très gentille et a été très réactive à nos demandes.

Séjour très agréable, extérieur parfait, cuisine, salon, salle à manger, SDB corrects, par contre nous pouvons considérer que seulement trois chambres sont correctes pour couchage, car celle sous les toits est invivable en période estivale car isolation peu efficace et avec une climatisation trop bruyante et celle en mezzanine peu accessible par échelle.
Sinon propreté des lieux correct et propriétaire sympathique.

Peux être installé un terrain de pétanque, serait un plus.
Autrement pour le reste c'est bien.

La propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a tout fait pour rendre notre installation et notre séjour facile et agréable.
La maison apporte tout ce qui est nécessaire pour rendre la vie confortable, et le parc et la grande piscine pour savourer loisirs et repos estival.
Nous sommes tous partis heureux de notre séjour.

Our opinion : The well-wooded park gives enjoyment to all holiday makers, everyone finds their place and the children adore the amenities which are for them alone. You will not tire of wandering around the surrounding provençal villages, playing golf on the numerous nearby courses or simply enjoying the property.

The stone house has a magnificent 8,000 m2 wooded garden which includes a large private swimming pool in front of the farmhouse. The property offers a number of activities for the little ones, such as a slide or a swing, as well as a table tennis table which everyone can enjoy. A large 100 m2 terrace shaded by a hundred year-old tree will shelter you from the sun during your outdoor meals. A large private parking area will allow you to park four cars.

The entrance to the farmhouse is through a large hall with a magnificent piano as well as a lounge area to relax in peace and quiet. On the right, you will find the dining room, as well as the separate kitchen with cellar. On the left is the lounge/dining room with fireplace which in continuity provides you with an area in which to relax by reading or by getting away from the hustle and bustle of the house. From this lounge, a ladder leads up to a mezzanine floor with a double bed. A separate WC completes the layout. On the first floor, on the right, there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each, and a bathroom with a WC. On the left, you will find the third bedroom with two single beds, as well as a separate WC and a shower room with two means of access, namely two doors which can be locked when you are inside. You have to go through that shower room to go up to the second floor where the fourth airconditioned bedroom is found, especially designed for young people, with a double bed and a single bed.
