Large enclosed garden grounds of 10,000 m2, where one can park easily, allow everyone to choose a place to rest or play. Alongside of the country house, the terrace adjacent to the kitchen, sheltered from the sun by a pergola covered with wickerwork and creepers, can accommodate 12 guests. Another pergola runs along the front of the country house. Holiday guests can enjoy the large swimming pool, which is maintained with salt treatment.

You enter the house through the kitchen, which also serves as dining room. On the right hand side is the living room with fireplace, then follows the living room with the TV area and behind it the laundry room and a separate WC. On the ground floor is as well available a bedroom with access to the outside, outlaid with a large double bed and provided with an adjoining bathroom with WC. Upstairs on the left are a bedroom with a cot, a large double bed and an adjoining bathroom with WC and walk-in wardrobe. On the right side are three more bedrooms. The first has a cot, a large double bed and an integrated shower room. The second has a large double bed and the last one is a dormitory with 4 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds. These two rooms share a bathroom and a WC, both of which are separate.
