You enter the fenced plot , where a carport for 4 cars is scheduled, through an automatic gate. Inside the garden, you will certainly spend a lot of time on the large terrace adjacent to the kitchen, with the dining area protected from the sun by reeds. The kitchen also opens onto the majestic pool with nearby its pool house which is furnished by a reed-covered seating area. For security, the 20 m long pool is equipped wih a roller shutter. In the evening, there is a table tennis table for fun and games, or you can play a game of petanque on the pebbles around in the garden.

You access the air-conditioned country house by a hall where stairs lead to the upper floor and with a separate toilet. To the left is the living room with TV, then the sitting room with fireplace and to the right, just beyond, the kitchen-dining with utility room, by which one you get into a bedroom with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC. This room provides direct access to the pool outside. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. Two, equipped each with a large double bed and TV, share a separate bathroom with WC. A further one is likewise furnished with a large double bed, TV and provides an adjoining shower room with WC. The last room is appointed with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom with private toilet.
