La maison est fidèle à sa description, aucune mauvaise surprise.
Les propriétaires, que nous avons recontrés pour la remise des clés et la veille du départ, sont des personnes charmantes, accueillantes, à l'écoute et soucieuses du confort de leurs locataires.
Leur maison est très bien entretenue, très propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût.

Les propriétaires...René le parfait bricoleur professionnel qui soigne sa maison comme personne! Son épouse Régine artiste peintre a décoré sa maison avec une vision Zen et tendresse. Chaque pièce a un thème avec sa décoration. L'extérieur si bien agencé qu'il n'y a rien à dire! Nous nous sentions si bien...que nous nous sommes reposé.. Dîner à 20h00 avec un coucher de soleil sur la terrasse qui dit mieux!
Que dire de cette merveilleuse région avec les bons vins et les bons restaurants avec de merveilleuses balades.
Cette maison respire le respect donc si vous la louez respectez ce lieu!
Vraiment nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances .

Our opinion : This is a comfortable holiday home in a quiet area. It has an outdoor area that's great for relaxing around the pool, and it is ideally located for exploring this beautiful region and trying the famous wines of the Côtes du Rhône.

Down at street level, there is covered parking for two vehicles, and space for two more cars on the dead end road. The house is reached lefthand via steps next to the parking area, or from the right by the gate where you can even park the car, and this, to avoid the stairs. The villa stands in an unfenced one-hectare parcel of land and is built up above the street, giving it a beautiful and commanding view of the valley. All around is an enclosed garden of 800 square metres, with all amenities. The swimming pool, with steps and a ledge over the whole width, benefits from a magnificent pool-house with eating area, lounge, summer kitchen with griddle, and a room with a solar-powered shower and a toilet. These facilities will let you relax in a tranquil setting with an unobstructed view.
