This South-facing country house is quietly situated at the end of the lane, surrounded by vineyards, a holm oak- and pine forest. The ground floor comprises the eat-in kitchen with adjoining laundry room and access to the terrace, a shower room with WC, a dining room, then directly adjacent the TV/lounge with fireplace, from where you can go out onto the terrace overlooking the Cévennes mountains and the hamlet of Massargues. A beautiful walnut wood door gives access to a stone passage leading to the engaging outdoor aperitif corner. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and terrace access from outside, so independent of the internal staircase if required; then another bedroom with two single beds and a fourth one with a large double bed, both rooms with outlook on the Cévennes mountains. A shower room and a bathroom, each with WC and separate, complete the facilities.
The house is fully air-conditioned except the kitchen.
