Bon acceuil des propriaitaires.
Très grande cuisine et vaisselle en suffisance tout y est.
Le salon correspond aux nombres de personnes pouvant loger
dans la villa.(Ce n'est pas tjs le cas dans d'autres locations que nous avons fait par le passé.)
La piscine est vraiment indispensable avec ce bel été que nous avons vécu.

Quelques remarques constructives.
Dans la salle de bain un ou deux tapis antidérapants pour sortir du bain ou de la douche.
Important à mes yeux quelques numéros de téléphone d'urgences.
Par exemple: N° d'appel de la gendarmerie, du Samu......bien utile pour
des étrangers qui séjournent en france.


Note6/6Par La Pierre Claire - 0354-01-01Unser erster Frankreichurlaub war wirklich klasse. Aufgrund der guten Lage sind Ausflüge in die bekannten Städte wie Orange, Nimes oder auch Avignon schnell zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann.
Es hat an Nichts gefehlt.
Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist großzügig, was bei meheren Personen wichtig ist, um sich ggf. zurückziehen zu können.

Die Vermieterin ist supernett. Als wir ankamen, gab es zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein aus der ortsansässigen Weinkellerei und ein Glas selbstgemachte Aprikosenmarmelade.

Ein kleines Manko gibt es trotzdem...wir denken das Haus war sauberer als wir abgereist sind, als zur Ankunft. (viele Spinnweben)

Auch der Pool hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wir sind jedoch der Meinung, dass aufgrund des doch stärkeren Windes immer wieder Partikel hinheingeweht wurden, welche sich dann am Grund abgesetzt haben.
Eine regelmäßige Reinigung des Pooles wurde von der Vermieterin vorgenommen.

Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen - ruhige Lage, keiner stört, nette Vermieterin, tolle Ausflugsziele - einfach Entspannung pur!!!

Our opinion : For a peaceful countryside holiday, we can recommend this delightful property offering good value for money and ideally situated for exploring a lovely region with plenty to do.

The electric gate opens onto a large path, where you can play pétanque. The enclosed plot allows two cars to be parked providing peace of mind. You have the use of one of the four garages ,which are used to store the personal belongings of the owners, at no inconvenience. A large covered terrace adjoining the kitchen lets family or friends eat together in the shade. Connecting with this is another terrace equipped with a grill for barbecue lovers. You can enjoy the above-ground swimming pool, which is in the grassed part of the garden.

The house is entered via the dining room with its fully equipped open kitchen, a true living room with direct access to the spacious covered terrace. To the left are the TV lounge, a bathroom and a separate WC. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with fans, a full bathroom and a separate WC. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed, while the other has a double bed. On the second floor, a bedroom with portable air conditioner contains two single beds.
