Beautiful Italian style country house, facing south, built on a quiet hill in a residential area with very good standards in the town of Vence. Refined decoration, comfort and beautiful interior lighting with openings on the landscaped garden with extensive lawns, statues, trees and fragrant plants. Many tourist, artistic and sporting activities are all nearby. The magnificent hilltop villages of St Paul, Vence, Tourettes-sur-Loup and Grasse are within easy reach. The cities of the French Riviera, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, whose reputation is firmly established, are less than a 30-minute drive away.

The gardens are beautiful and well kept. The view of the surrounding hills, of the roofs of St Paul de Vence and, in the distance, of the sea, is a delight every moment. The large terrace and the beautiful terraced swimming pool will be the ideal setting for your holiday.
Garden level: the entrance, facing north, opens onto the hall which leads to the large, very bright and spacious living / dining room with fireplace. The separate kitchen is fitted with quality appliances. A beautiful separate room with two single beds and ensuite bathroom adjoins the villa and offers comfort, privacy and shade on a nice patio. A guest toilet is also to be found. The first floor benefits from three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower unit and a toilet. The second, with a double bed, and the third, with two single beds, share a shower-room with toilet. Two rooms have small balconies with a splendid view of the surroundings.
