This standing apartment on the garden level of a stately three floors building has a huge terrace, its own private swimming pool and private garden. |To have a swimming pool and a garden for your private use in a small luxury building is quite exceptional, especially since the view is amazing. The garden is intimate with Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful palm trees, a century-old olive tree and aromatic lavender. Terraced grounds with charming dry stone walls, a large terrace partly covered with a store is located to the South and on the Northern side is a ping pong table. Chairs, tables, benches and sun beds are available.|

|You enter the apartment by a corridor leading lefthand to a bedroom with a double bed and a separate WC. An access door opens onto a small hall leading to a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. On the right from the entrance, you access the shower room (WC + bidet + multi-jet shower) and the vast living space including a small office, a living room with two sofas, a dining table, bar and a beautiful modern and very well equipped kitchen. Thanks to the large picture windows, this area is very bright and very pleasant because the sea is visible from inside. It is south facing and overlooks the large terrace and pool.|

Look at the Insurance conditions
This is our second visit to Les Palmiers and once again it did not disappoint. The views are stunning and the property is very well maintained. If there is one thing that I would improve is to install air conditioning. There are free standing fans in the bedrooms but this year the temperatures were very high and air conditioning would have made the evenings more comfortable. Having said that, we would still return and would thoroughly recommend the apartment.
In old town Le Cannet you will find several restaurants but no shops but if you head further down the hill you will find a bakery, butcher's and fishmongers along with a small Casino supermarket. Buses also operate regularly into Cannes costing 1Euro.
Claude who looks after the property was once again very welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which had every amenity and the most amazing view. The location was perfect for exploring the area, though it was difficult to tear ourselves away from the pool. The man who managed the property, Claude, was very helpful and considerate.
