The apartment lived up to our expectations - the view was stunning and the apartment was very well equiped - especially the kitchen. We have never stayed in a rental property which has provided so much equipment and would like you to pass on our gratitude to the owners.


Claude was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The location was perfect for exploring the area, though it was difficult to tear ourselves away from the pool. The man who managed the property, Claude, was very helpful and considerate. We were very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat.
Note5/6Par Les Palmiers - 0238-02-01Excellent accueil de Claude à notre arrivée. Appartement très agréable à vivre à 6 et lumineux. Très belle vue et tranquillité. Le prix, en revanche, ne correspond pas vraiment à la prestation. La vue est superbe, certes, mais ça ne fait pas tout. La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue par Claude. Par contre les pierres qui l'entourent noircissent et mériteraient un sérieux décapage. Il manque des aménagements dans les chambres où il n'y a que des chaises en guise de tables de nuit, pas de lumière centrale dans l'une d'elles, pas de patères dans l'entrée. État général très moyen ( peintures abîmées, volets ne faisant pas le noir total et dont les mécanismes sont vieux, prises électriques qui ne tiennent pas au mur...Fenêtres vieillies également. Par contre appartement propre sur le plan du nettoyage. Oreillers à changer car très tachés. Cuisine fonctionnelle.

Note5/6Par Les Palmiers - 0238-02-01This is our second visit to Les Palmiers and once again it did not disappoint. The views are stunning and the property is very well maintained. If there is one thing that I would improve is to install air conditioning. There are free standing fans in the bedrooms but this year the temperatures were very high and air conditioning would have made the evenings more comfortable. Having said that, we would still return and would thoroughly recommend the apartment.
In old town Le Cannet you will find several restaurants but no shops but if you head further down the hill you will find a bakery, butcher's and fishmongers along with a small Casino supermarket. Buses also operate regularly into Cannes costing 1Euro.
Claude who looks after the property was once again very welcoming and helpful.
Look forward to coming back for our 3rd visit

Küche war gut ausgestattet, in den Schlafzimmern waren die Steckdosen leicht defekt, der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde zweimal gereinigt, sehr zentrale Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, uns fehlte eine kleine Bäckerei bzw. ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe ... ansonsten hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit ....

Der Gerant war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Note5/6Par Les Palmiers - 0238-02-01Die Ferienwohnung mit der großen Terasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Cannes.
Der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt.
Die Wohnung ist für insgesamt 6 Personen gut geeignet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Einige Dinge waren defekt: der Rolladen in einem Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen, ein anderer Rolladen in der Küche war ebenfalls defekt.
Die Markiese ist auch schon etwas älter und man musste beim Öffnen jedesmal von Hand nachhelfen.

Die Übergabe hat hervorragend geklappt.

Insgesamt aber eine schöne Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick - empfehlenswert.

The garden is intimate with Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful palm trees, a century-old olive tree and aromatic lavender. Terraced grounds with charming dry stone walls, a large terrace partly covered with a store is located to the South and on the Northern side is a ping pong table. You enter the apartment by a corridor leading lefthand to a bedroom with a double bed and a separate WC. An access door opens onto a small hall leading to a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. On the right from the entrance, you access the shower room (WC + bidet + multi-jet shower) and the vast living space including a small office, a living room with two sofas, a dining table, bar and a beautiful modern and very well equipped kitchen. Thanks to the large picture windows, this area is very bright and very pleasant because the sea is visible from inside. It is south facing and overlooks the large terrace and pool.

This is our second visit to Les Palmiers and once again it did not disappoint. The views are stunning and the property is very well maintained.
