Typical Southern atmosphere emanates from this house, where the spacious living room opens onto a Southwestern 485 sq.ft private terrace. All around old olive-, palm- and cypress-trees where inbetween blue-coloured patches of the pool brighten in the sun.Some steps, and you are at the swimming-pool where you'll meet other residents as well as near the bowling ground and the game place. A 2 miles away, you can play golf and tennis. No doubt, you'll appreciate your stay.
