This magnificent villa, the upper floor of which is available to let in the holiday season, owes its magnificent panoramic view of the Estérel mountains to its location between Cannes (15 km) and Fréjus (20 km). Mandelieu-la-Napoule is an important Côte d'Azur golfing destination, but also a centre for water sports. And, if you are seeking excitement, there is the chance to swim among dolphins by spending a day aboard the boat Cala Rossa.
The lower floor of the villa, which does not overlook the part reserved for holiday guests, is occupied by the owners. They are very discreet and make sure to allow their guests complete independence.

An automatic gate opens onto a steep slope leading to the upper level of the villa, the part reserved for holiday guests, where there is space to park in front of the entrance. Of the 1,200 m2 of fenced grounds, where you can play table tennis or pétanque, you will really benefit from the 400 m2 adjacent to the house, a very pleasant area in which to spend the majority of your time outdoors. The summer kitchen is equipped to let you cook outdoors as much as possible, and make full use of the eating area. A shower and separate WC complete the facilities. Next to the swimming pool, a lounge set invites you to relax with a panoramic view of the Estérel mountains. | |||
