Note5/6Par La Petite Rocaille - 0029-02-09Die Ferienwohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Besitzerin sehr gastfreundlich. Grasse bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt um alle bekannten Städte an der Cote d´Azur zu erreichen.
Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
Note5/6Par La Petite Rocaille - 0029-02-09Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereit, das Haus war gut, zu beanstanden wäre im Bad schimmelbefall in den Fugen der Dusche, sowie schlecht ablaufender Trapps der Dusche.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ruhe und die Lage unserer Ferienwohnung waren einfach toll. Ideal auch für Ausflüge nach Cannes usw., aber auch das "Hinterland" ist wunderschön. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Negativ: im gleichen Haus wie Vermieter, nicht klar definiert wo man sich anmelden muss und wer verantwortlich ist, sehr ringhörig
Note5/6Par La Petite Rocaille - 0029-02-09Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht. Das gesamte Anwesen ist wunderschön und wird liebevoll gepflegt. Die Besitzer leben ebenfalls dort. Sie sind sehr sehr nett und aufgeschlossen ohne aufdringlich zu sein und sprechen sehr gut deutsch. Die Unterkünfte sind landestypisch mit ausgesuchten Möbeln und klassischen Einbauschränken ausgestattet, einfach, aber sehr nett und liebevoll. In der Küche fehlt das ein oder andere, aber das ist nicht wirklich schlimm. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war sauber und bereits nutzbar (April!). Es ist unglaublich schön dort und wir wollen nächsten Frühjahr wieder kommen.

Seul bémol, l'état des lieux qui se détériore au fils du temps.
Un rafraichissement complet me semble indispensable pour conserver le niveau de prix demander. Il y a un décalage terrible entre les photos présentées et l'état réel des lieux.
La piscine est très belle, eau propre, mais accotement a re-stabiliser de toute urgence.
Il ne s'agit donc pas d'un soucis de nettoyage, mais de remise à neuf.
Tout vieilli, même les belles demeures (=> investissement).
Robinetterie, joints de carrelages, hotte électrique, porte de frigo,...2/6


Point très positif, l'accueil et plus encore l'amabilité de la dame d'accueil ainsi que celle de son équipe. 6/6

Our opinion : The place is really nice and we are sure that you'll be warmly welcomed here. A very pleasant situation in a high-quality environment on the balcony of the french riviera. No doubt, you'll appreciate your stay in this nice area.
