It has kept the charm of yesteryear with its period furniture combined with modern comfort. The house and the swimming pool are South facing in lush greenery providing great intimacy. Cannes and St Raphael are within a radius of about 12 miles and you are in the heart of the wooded hills of Estérel trails, which are immediately accessible.

Note5/6Par La Corniche d'Or - 0211-01-012 Wochen cote d azur, direkt am meer, was will man mehr?? Die Villa ist alt mit viel charme, aber daher kein luxus in der ausstattung. Luxuriös sind aber die direkte umgebung, das grosse grundstück (vor allem für unseren hund) und der wirklich extraaussergewöhnliche pool mit direktem traumblick.... die benachbarte bahnlinie war kein problem / nicht zu laut. Die corniche ist natürlich belebt und vor allem am wochenende recht befahren. Wer totale ruhe sucht muss dann eben ins hinterland und darf kein haus direkt am strand wählen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und hatten eine tolle zeit dort. Der pool ist das absolute highlight. Wegen der ausstattung des hauses keine 6 punktebewertung, sonst sehr wohl.
Note5/6Par La Corniche d'Or - 0211-01-01Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles funktionerte Bachofen, kühlschrank, etc. Ein Waschtrockner hätten wir gewünscht. Ansonsten war der Pool sauber abgehalten worden. WIr haben ihn jeden Tag genützt. EIn kleines bonbon war dass die wifi bis zum Pool Umgebung hinweg empfang signal reichte. Haben wir nicht erwartet.

Der Zug lärm hatten uns nicht gestört. Stören waren die vorbei fahrende lärmige Töff und Ferraris in der Nacht. Aber hier kann der besitzer wenig dafür.

Die Lage war sehr gut und in einem geschützten Umgebung. Die Famillie hattes es gefreut.

A large fully fenced and wooded park as well as a large terrace surrounds the house. The Jacuzzi- and pool area is euipped with a table, some chairs and parasolo for eating the meals outside and appreciate the stunning view of the sea and the coast. It will undoubtedly be your favourite place because it is the quietest and the most intimate area in the property. Pebble Creek and its red rocks is 5 minutes walk. To get there, it is enough to cross the road. The sandy beach with lifeguard and shower is at 300 m.

We access the entrance from a little stairway that leads to level + 1. The living/dining room with a balcony is on the left as well as the kitchen with a table and some chairs. To the right, in extension to the hall, we access a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the entrance hall, a bright stairwell leads you to some bedrooms. The first one is small (7 m²,) it has a double bed and the second one has two single beds, a sofa bed for two persons and a cot. A shower room with a toilet is adjacent to both bedrooms. The third bedroom has a double bed, a cot, a toilet area and a balcony with a splendid view of the sea. Still from the entrance hall, a door opens to a staircase leading to the ground floor and a garage used as a storeroom by which we must pass to arrive in a large bedroom with a double bed. All parts of this house have retained their old world charm with the parquet floors, the crafted mirrors, the old cabinets and the tiling of time, while being equipped with modern comfort. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
