Anémone - 0999-01-01Location de maisons de vacancesWe let our own duplex apartment on the ground floor of a 3-storey chalet is due South, in full nature, at the height of La Barboleuse which is 2 miiles away and 4.3 miles from the resort of Villars-sur-Ollon. The place is magnificent, a little isolated but easily accessible throughout the year (snow tyres are mandatory in winter), surrounded by forest and meadows with a very beautiful view of the mountains. The ski lifts, the restaurants and the shops are in La Barboleuse and you can enjoy all the infrastructures that offered by Villars and the region of Diablerets.
The chalet is located halfway between La Barboleuse and Alpe des Chaux and the public road is very well maintained and always open. The private road that leads to the house is open all the time even in heavy snow.1070 sqft duplex apartment with 2 rooms for 4/6 persons.

merci pour votre message, notre séjour s'est bien passé et l'accueil qui nous a été réservé a été bon.
Tout était propre, nous étions à notre aise.
Peut-etre une suggestion, faire correspondre le n° d'appartement avec le numéro de la clé ainsi que le numéro de l'emplacement du garage,
à moins que j'ai fait une erreur de lecture de mon côté.
Autre détail : l'éclairage dans l'escalier en colimaçon est mal placé, nombre d'entre nous se sont heurtés à l'éclairage.

Par conséquent nous sommes satisfait.
Je reste en attente du retour du chèque de caution.

Danke für Ihre Nachricht, unser Aufenthalt ist gut verlaufen und wir wurden herzlich empfangen.

Alles war sauber, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Vielleicht ein Vorschlag, dass man die Nummer der Wohnung und die des Schluessels sowie des Parkplatzes abstimmt.. es sei denn, daß ich einen Leseirrtum meinerseits gemacht habe.
Anderes Detail: die Wandlampe in der Wendeltreppe ist unpraktisch, man stösst leicht dort an.

Ansonsten sind wir rundum zufrieden gewesen und ich warte nun auf die Zusendung des Kautionsschecks .

Maybe a suggestion, make correspond Number of apartment with the number of the key as well as the provided garage place -unless I made an error of reading on my side)
Other detail: the lighting in the spiral staircase is badly placed, many of us came up against the lighting.

In short : we are satisfied and actually I'm waiting for the return of guarantee.

gern berichten wir Ihnen über unseren Aufenthalt. Wir wurden nett empfangen, der überdachte Parkplatz ist praktisch und nahe an der privaten Eingangstür dieser Duplex- Wohnung mit Terrasse, von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegende Bergwelt hat. Die Umgebung ist Natur pur und man kann Ruhe und frische Luft tanken.

Diese Wohnung war rundum sauber, bietet viel Platz im Wohn- wie auch oben im Schlafbereich und ist sehr sympatisch eingerichtet. Dazu auch ueberaus gut ausgestattet - es fehlte an nichts. Auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt, so waren Wanderungen möglich nach Solalex, Taveyanne oder den anderen zahlreichen Wanderzielen, wo man in den Berghütten die typischen Käse-und Trockenfleisch Spezialitäten kosten kann.

Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und eines ist sicher: wir kommen wieder!

c'est volontiers que nous vous répondons à votre demande de satisfaction. Nous avons été bien accueillis, le parking couvert est pratique et près de la porte d'entrée privative de cet appartement en duplex avec terrasse, d'où on a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. L'environnement est totalement naturel, parfait pour se reposer et faire le plein d'air frais.

Cet appartement est confortable, bien entretenu, parfaitement propre, et en plus spacieux aussi bien dans la partie jour que dans la partie nuit à l'étage. L'intérieur est très cosy, beaucoup de bois avec une jolie note montagnarde. La cuisine aussi est bien équipée - il ne manquait rien.
Même le temps était de la partie, idéal à cette saison pour faire des promenades à Solalex, Taveyanne ou d'autres nombreuses destinations de randonnée, pour déguster les mets au fromage typiques et des spécialités de viande séchée dans les refuges des alentours.

Nous nous sommes vraiment bien plus et une chose est certaine: nous y reviendrons!

insgesamt fanden wir es sehr schön in ihrer Ferienwohnung in Gryon, dennoch gab es zwei drei Punkte, die uns nicht so gefallen haben:
1. Die Spülung der oberen Toilette klemmt, die sollte man reparieren, sonst läuft das Wasser ununterbrochen.
2. Es wäre nett, wenn ein paar mehr Blatt Toilettenpapier vorhanden sind, bei uns waren die Rollen schon fast leer wie wir angereist kamen.
3. Die Energiesparlampen auf dem unteren Klo sind zwar nett, bis die aber mal leuchten, sitzt man erstmal im Dunkeln....
4. Der Toaster war leider kaputt, für uns nicht schlimm, da wir eh kein Toastbrot essen, wir wollten nur einmal altes Brot toasten, da haben wir es dann gemerkt.
5. Bei dem DVD Player war die Lautstärke nicht zu regulieren, es war immer total laut und deshalb unmöglich einen Film anzuschauen. Das fanden wir bedauerlich. I

Ich hoffe Sie können die Probleme im Sinne aller zukünfigen Nachmieter möglichst rasch beheben und verbleiben

Note6/6Par Anémone - 0999-01-01Nous avons chaque année beaucoup de plaisir. Nous avons apprécié le parquet au retour de chaussé. Plus facile à nettoyer avec le balai. Les lieux étaient propres et toujours bien entretenu. Seul bémol la poignée de la porte d'entrée qui nous reste dans la main 9x /10.
On a été très bien accueilli.

Our opinion : The apartment is ideally located for those who appreciate the nature, the tranquillity and the serenity of an environment of forests and meadows not far from the ski slopes and all of the amenities.

The place is very sunny and unobstructed. You are surrounded by the nature with the only sounds of the birds singing and the wind in the trees. The view of the mountain chain of the Argentine and the Grand Muveran is splendid and from the garden, we can see the Dents du Midi on the right. The terrace, in front of the apartment, will be your privileged place to dine not only in summer but also in good weather in winter because the place is well sheltered. The garden is shared to the homeowners, but you can enjoy it the most because the apartment is on the ground floor. The balcony of the bedroom upstairs has an unobstructed view. A covered parking space is available by arrangement.

You enter the apartment by a private entrance reserved exclusively for this apartment. You will immediately feel very comfortable thanks to its privileged location on the side of the house, the generous space, the layout of the place and the atmosphere of the "mountain chalet" that appeared. The hall provides access to a toilet and the main room which includes an open well laid out kitchen and a lounge/dining room with a fireplace. A large bay window overlooks the private terrace and the communal garden to the homeowners. A spiral staircase leads upstairs where; there is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, on the right there is a bedroom with a double bed and a pullout bed with access to a large balcony. On the left is the second bedroom with 2 pullout beds. The bedrooms are very spacious.
