Should you require information, an availability inquiry or a firm booking, then we will usually be back on to you within 24 hours. We assure personalised customer services and each booking is confirmed with an online agreement.

Description :

The description of the premise is the reproduction of our personal feeling and may be a little subjective, but gives you a fair idea of the whole place. The detailed description however provides you with full details of the installations and equipment available.

Prices :

Our organisation is very light and allows us to be competitive in our calculation. The price-quality level is a constant preoccupation for us.

Price and booking conditions :

Under this heading, we have further opted for full transparency. For each accommodation facility, you can find details of all the relevant rental conditions as determined by the landlord/owner, e.g. household linen, ancillary costs, post-stay cleaning, admission of pets, and the guarantee payable on arrival.

Availability :

The accuracy of the online availability schedule depends of the information we receive from the landlords. Some schedules are not up to date. That is why an availability inquiry form has to be sent to us.

Confidentiality :

All the data you will be asked to send us will be processed in the strictest confidence and will in no way be transmitted to anybody- except of course the landlord/owner of the holiday premises, after you have accepted the terms of the tenancy agreement.

Insurance :

Without any supplementary cost for you, we signed an insurance agreement against the Renting Risks as well as a cancellation cost insurance which covers most damages that might arise during a holiday rental.
