| The house is set in the middle of the typically Provencal vegetation, in the shade of oak trees in a 53820 ft² private garden. A nice terrace with a table enables you to have your meals outside as well as a garden sitting room perfect for leisure. Through some stair steps but also by a foot path s, you'll reach the swimming pool with its sunbeds, its table tennis and its table football. A very nice patio is located on the side of the house as well as a bowling pitch for amateurs. You can also have a walk through the huge private property made of typically Provencal sweet-smelling scrublands. The house is adjacent to another villa that belongs to the same owner. Two garages separate both houses. The private sphere is fully guaranteed because they are back to back and there is no lack of privacy. | |||
