The pier for the islands is 0.3 miles far from the house. Inside Located on a huge 160000 sqft ground on the peninsula of Giens, 7 miles far from Hyères, from its shops, restaurants and liveliness, it includes: on the terrace level, a living room (sitting room and dining room) and a small open kitchen, a shower room and a toilet; on the first floor, two bedrooms (one of them with a large double bed and the other one with two bunk beds and a stowaway- bed, perfect for children. Outside A nice terrace shaded by an arbour and in front of you, an amazing open outlook sight. The house of the owner is adjoining and located above, which guarantees the privacy and calmness of the place. Our opinion Here, you don't need any swimming pool because you can go with your swimsuit to the beach where you will also find a charming little restaurant. There is no building on the huge ground around the house, which guarantees an Olympian calm. We have been very seduced by this place and by the owner's welcome.
