Introduction Superbly set on the green heights above Ste Maxime, in a 6.9 acres natural park with immediate landscaped surroundings, this "Domaine" is one of the elegant and refined residences of the area, very appealing by its succesful architectural Mediterranean style crediting the pretty provencal colors. Pleasant situation and calms, only a few minutes to walk to the center of Ste Maxime with its shops and restaurants, its beaches, its activities and other possibilities of distractions. To supply yourself, all is in the vicinity, the baker is within 2300 ft. Inside The apartment provides pleasant spaces : a pretty entry has a reception WC, the American kitchen aside the dining/sitting space opening onto the terrace. The master bedroom with a queen size bed has French doors going outsides and an ensuite bathroom with WC. Two other rooms with each 2 single beds share a bathroom. All is tastefully arranged and the owners looked carfully after all details. Outside Free outlook from the terrace on the environment. One could mistake there : This high level standing apartment, set at the Southern edge of the building gives almost the impression to be in a garden level house. This thanks to its slading windows opening onto the terrace giving directly on the park with very pleasant forest environment which ensures freshness and shade. Our opinion The whole is impeccable and the equipment is of quality. Ideal high level dwelling, set in quiet surroundings making possible to take benefit of the advantages of one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of the French Riviera whilst benefitting from a privileged situation. Big swimming pool only for the use of the residents.    |
