Once on its grounds, the splendid sight all around is gorgious. As a South-eastern balcony on the valley, it's also well sheltered Nothern against Mistral wind. Inside On the ground floor : A spacious living/dining room area with a pass-plate to the well equipped kitchen, two rooms, one with double bed and privative bathroom, the other with two simgle beds, a shower and a separated WC with handwash-basin. On the first level : A room with a double bed and two stowaway beds, ideal to accommodate children and teenagers and a further room outlaid with two simgle beds, a shower-room with large basin and a separate WC. For the hosts travelling with baby, the owner provides bed of baby, high chair and poussette. Outside From the terraces you have four direct accesses onto the living/dining room, the kitchen and two bedrooms. The pretty swimming pool is just a stone throw away from the Western covered terrace, with garden furniture, sun beds and barbecue. Our opinion Very quietly set on the heights within 2 miles to the very pretty village of Cotignac, providing all basic trade and charming restaurants, this good standing property should allow you to spend rest- and successful holidays.
