The sea and the beaches are within 25 miles and the lake of Ste Croix within 20 miles. An excellent situation in the middle of the Var department. Inside On the ground floor is a living room, a kitchen and a shower-room with WC. Above, on the first level, 3 rooms with each one a double bed, a WC and a bathroom. Outside The house is surrounded by a large closed garden with the swimming pool, a 320 sqft terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. For joke and relaxation, a bowling pitch is at your disposal. Our opinion The principal asset of this house is its very typical charm, a good comfort level for a holiday stay and a perfect situation to visit the superb places of the area.
