Introduction This nice traditional cottage is located in the middle of the countryside, half a mile far from the village of Courthézon. Built on 21500 sqft ground, it will offer an excellent level of comfort and a nice decoration. A perfect starting point to go discover the Northern part of the Vaucluse department, dominated by the Mont Ventoux and its beautiful towns and villages that surround it, such as Bédoin, Malaucène, Crestet, Séguret, Vaison-la-Romaine as well as the famous vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras or Rasteau, worthwhile to be discovered. On the opposite banks of the Rhône river, at 30 min by car, another appealing area: Gorges of the Ardèche are going to their end right there. The everyday shops and services are located within half a mile around. Inside On the ground floor, you will find a living room (sitting room and dining room), a nice open kitchen, a laundry, a toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin, a shower room and two bedrooms, one of them with a king size bed and the other one with a large double bed. On the first floor, a bedroom with a large double bed and another one with two large double beds, as well as a toilet. The house is fully air-conditioned. Outside The well sized 535 sqft swimming pool, heated by a heat pump, will be the main attraction of your farniente afternoons. Further a pool house with an equipped kitchen, a nice bar and a wonderful covered terrace are at your disposal while appreciating, in the shade, the blazing sun of the South of France. Our opinion With its qualitative furniture and a lot of comfort in a pleasant environment, a very nice swimming pool space and many trips across one of the most beautiful departments of the South of France, this holiday home is without any doubt very attractive.    |
