Introduction The house is perfectly located and is built on the top of a hill with a nice sight over the valley and the surrounding hills. You are only some minutes on foot far from the charming village of Roquebrussane where you will find the everyday shops. If you want more liveliness, Hyères and its large sand beaches are only located 30 min far from the house, Le Lavandou 45 min far from the same point. Inside On the ground floor, a sitting room and a dining room (750 sqft together) that face a huge 1000 sqft terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The rooms are very spacious and luminous. The big modern kitchen is functional, the bathrooms are clean, the furniture is plush but not clumsy, the decoration is in good taste. When the house is rented for 6 persons maximum, the garden level is closed. Outside You will fully enjoy the very sunny or shaded terrace according to where you want to stay. From there, you will enjoy a very nice sight and you overhang the nice swimming pool, heated when the spring begins and surrounded by a shaded lawn (by green oaks). Everything is qualitative and offers the best comfort for your relaxing times. Our opinion A very cosy, spacious and nice house located in a beautiful and quiet place with an open outlook.    |
