Introduction Big and new Provencal villa, located on a 140000 sqft flat ground in a quiet and spacious area, in the countryside, near by the Camargue, between Arles and Salon de Provence. The everyday shops are located 1 mile far from the house and you will find all the sport shops within a 9 miles radius. The sea is 18 miles far from the house. Inside A big living room with a sitting room and a dining room, a nice and fully equipped open kitchen, a cellar, a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin. A second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the mezzanine, you will find a double sofa-bed. Everything is very cosy, attractive and in good taste. Outside Two terraces, one of them is covered to take your meal in the shadow, a nice swimming pool in the middle of a very big lawn and flower beds. The place is calm and quiet, perfect to have a rest or to go visit Arles, the Camargue, the Baux de Provence and the Alpilles as well as the sea, the Côte Bleue or the big beaches of Ste Marie de la Mer. The nearby pond allows fishing and disposes of a sailing club. Our opinion An exceptional location with big spaces, a nice and cosy house for a reasonable price for value. Notice: 150 ft far from the house, a shallow brook borders the property.    |
