Built on a 12900 sqft ground, it will offer a good level of comfort and privacy. Its main advantage is its geographic location, middle distance between the Alpilles and the Luberon: the numerous touristic aims, worthwhile to be discovered, would amaze you. And if you want to go out in the evening, the lively Avignon, with its festival during July and a lot of charming restaurants, is located within 20 min (by car) from your house. The everyday shops and services are at your disposal, 3.5 miles around. Inside The house is built on the same level and consists of an entrance hall, a living room (sitting room and dining room), a kitchen, a veranda, a bathroom, a toilet and two bedrooms with double bed. In an adjoining building with a private entrance, you will find a bedroom with a double bed as well as a shower room with a toilet. Outside The outern spaces offer a flowery garden, a good-sized swimming pool with a pool house and two terraces (one of them is covered), where you will savour the local products that you will have brought back from the market of Saint Rémy-de-Provence or other villages nearby. Our opinion This property of good quality, perfectly located, is suitable to families with its appropriate budget.
