Its major asset is that especially large swimming pool, but also the immediate surroundings, nestled in a little pine forest. The inner outlayings are complete, simply furnished but comfortable and decorated with a special personal touch. Inside On the ground floor, a hall, a lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a double bed room, another room with two single beds, a shower-room and a separate WC. The whole is air-conditioned.A few steps nearby the swimmingpool, a further bedroom with private entry, double bed and a shower-room with WC for those who need their total privacy. Outside A 430 sqft terrace with garden furniture, sun beds and gaz-barbecue. The stone built barbecue inbetween the garden is prohibited for using due to fire danger (regional law). Our opinion Superb undergrowth grounds with play sets for children as a swing. But once more, the utmost is the swimming pool whose exceptional size exceeds really the relation to the lodging capacity of this house, an interesting offer at a very soft price.
