Introduction This big detached house is located alongside the hill close to the hamlet of Les Bars, 3 miles from Oraison and 7 miles far from Valensole, where you will find the everyday shops and services. Built on very spacious grounds, it offers an excellent level of comfort, the omnipresent peace of nature and a clear sight over the countryside and the mountains of Durance's valley. It will be a perfect starting point to go discover the Haute Provence with its lavender fields, the pretty Ste Croix lake and the Verdon Canyon. The opposite banks welcome you with the Regional Park of the Luberon. One mile Southern from Oraison, the Lake des Buissonnades invites you for sporty aktivities: Swimming, fishing, Windsurfing and pedal boating . The owner, away most of the time, lives in a studio below the house, but has his private access, without inconvenience nor lack of privacy. He will handle the upkeeps of the swimming pool and the garden for your best comfort. Inside On the ground floor, you will dispose of an entrance hall, a big living room (sitting room and dining room), a kitchen, a separate toilet, three bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a mezzanine with two single beds that leads to a last bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with toilet. Outside You'll appreciate the very spacious outside areas on that nice terrace and enjoy the perfectly secure swimming pool for children. Our opinion This nice and well outlaid property is perfectly located, not far from the most beautiful and authentic places of Provence. This encourages for a return to basics and ensure restful holidays.    |
