| You enter the property through a big gate and you arrive on a stone esplanade with its pines trees where you can park your vehicles and access the house. From the top of the stairs that allow you to enter the house, you will enjoy a terrace and dominate the wonderful garden and the neighbouring countryside. On the ground floor of the house, you will find a huge stone summer kitchen/dining room that is fully equipped with a table for 18 persons. This will be your favourite place to enjoy your meals with your family. A hedge separates the house from a 32000 sqft garden where there is a very nice rectangular swimming pool with its deckchairs. This swimming pool, thanks to its retractable shelter, keeps a good water temperature from April to October. | You access the house through the terrace, on the first floor, in the sitting room or in the kitchen where you will find a table and chairs. A crossing corridor gives access to an independent WC, to a bathroom and to the other rooms: the yellow bedroom, the ochre bedroom and its gorgeous seawater spa room with bathtub and shower cabin, and the blue bedroom. Each room has a double bed.
