We spent three very beautiful and restful weeks in the house. The house and the garden are in good report with the wanted rate.( good price for valule) Indeed, would be fine if bedrooms were equipped with an air conditioning.
But also the pleasant contact with the neighbors participated in our relaxed holidays. Never vwe had the impression to be for the first time in this village. I think that we shall make again holidays there or in this area. As mentioned previously, we had beautiful holidays!

The person in charge there told us that she would tear up the credit card deposit slip after two weeks unless we heard from you.

yes the holidays are well and truly behind us...
We had fantastic holidays in any point of view.. there was just a small blow of freshness in the evening in the house because the heating had been stopped due to the previous weeks have been warm but we announced it to the owners ( very nice and welcoming persons! )
The house suited well to us, it was quiet (the noise of the highway was really little perceptible) everything was clean) and the provision of some ingrédiens for the kitchen was highly appreciated.
The proposals and the documents for visits around were very useful
Thank you for having allowed us to discover this beautiful region by renting us this mas!

We spent very happy holidays in Courthézon. The weather rather "dubious" did not certainly allow us to take advantage completely of all the possibilities that offers this holiday home but we spent very good moments, included swimming pool, also thanks to a privileged geographical situation there.
The house "Les Rives de l'Ouvèze" offers all that we can wish for comfortable and relaxed holidays. The outfittings are pleasant and corresponded to what we desired to find. And our hosts, the owners, were more than welcoming. We appreciated their conviviality and their availability. They participated to let us have pleasant and carefree holidays. We also had a lot of pleasure to share some moments with them.
Thanks to you, Madam and Mister Apothéloz, for the seriousness of the offer which you proposed on your site. We were completely satisfied.

We really spent a beautiful week in Les Feux de l' Esterel. No point of critic at all, just damage that there is no restaurant or store in the surroundings to look for croissants in walking distance. But neither the owners nor you are responsible and we knew this in advance.
I shall recommend this house without hesitation and it is not impossible that I'll book it in the future.

We liked the location (quiet yet close to the village centre) and in particular the terrasse that can be changed into a living room by opening/closing the glass doors.
Kitchen and regular living room are quite dark and uninviting but we did not use them because we ate and sat together on the terasse.
The house was very clean and perfectly maintained. The only thing we missed is a Wireless LAN for staying in touch, checking weather forecast, etc.
Overall the house is a 9 out of 10. We might book the house again for next summer again.

Despite the weather, we’ve enjoyed our holiday in Pertuis.
Very nice accommodation, very warm reception by the manager there, which was as well very helpful in solving the internet problem.
We would recommend the villa to families with adolescents, and it is an excellent starting point for trips with race bicycles.
Only one drawback: the swimming pool is not heated. Admitted, under normal weather circumstances perhaps not needed, but with the temperatures we have been facing, a must.

We had a very pleasant stay at the villa. It was clean and very well equipped and was exactly what we expected from the details on the website. The only negative was that it would have been good to have another sofa as there were four of us and it was not practical to all sit on the one sofa comfortably in the evenings together.
The guy that greeted us was very friendly but we do not speak any french so did not understand anything he told us. Although we did manage to agree a departure time and he showed us around the house and how the pool alarm worked.

The house as well as the pool house were very clean magnificently equipped and well decorated.
So the garden and the pool also could not be better.

- lack of "basic equipment for life" - e.g. toilet paper, cleaning soap for dishes (...not expensive, but you have to buy these after your arrival ...) - I am not talking about bath towel and bedlinen
- also publishing "total prize" - in some cases..."end prize" is 1/5 higher, then on offer prize (with tax, cleaning payment, etc. etc.) - also this wasnt problem - discount prize in this last moment offer was good
For sure for us this was very nice vacation, both selected places was really very calm, attractive and nice

Did you feel fine there ?
Yes, it was so great and peaceful. The caretaker, Stephane made us feel at home. He was friendly and very outgoing.
Did you appreciate how you have been welcomed ?
Yes, very much. France was so beautiful. The people, the food , everything was as I expected.
Was it clean there ?
This has to be the cleanest and nicest villa ever. The owner’s décor has done a great job to make you feel totally at home. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends and I will like to come back to stay here again. It was fantastic!!

100%. There is nothing to complain about. The ground, the swimming pool, the summer kitchen was like the luxury vacation. Tres bon!

Bonjour Gerlinde,
We had a truly wonderful and relaxing time at the house. It was clean, well equipped and nicely prepared – the grass was cut, the pool clean and hygienic etc. The property manager was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location, above a classic French village, between the vineyards and the mountain land was perfect for us. We loved the house and it really contributed to a perfect holiday for me, my family and our friends.

Dear Gerlinde,
Bonjour a vous aussi! I am happy to provide you with feedback on Clos de la Source. In short, we loved our stay there and enjoyed it very, very much indeed. The location of the house was excellent - a short drive to most things we wanted to do and the view from the house itself of the hills surrounding the village of Cotignac was just stunning. I can still see the view when I close my eyes - it was simply unforgettable.
The house itself had everything as listed on your website, so we were not surprised or disappointed about anything at all. I should let you know that the owner was particularly gracious and generous with us. She learnt that we had young kids around the same age as her grandchildren and left a lot of toys and children's equipment out for us to use. Her kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials one would need. She also had a number of helpful tips for us on things to do and places to visit, etc. that made our time there more enjoyable. The pool was well-maintained and we spent many hours a day there.
One small suggestion (depending on how many American/non-French speaking you may get) is to provide a English version of the basic instructions about the house and what the owners may or may not want done. It wasn't a problem for us because I speak and understand a little French. But if you have other clients who may not, that may be helpful for them as well as the owners so that there aren't any inadvertent miscommunication. Perhaps you don't get enough non-French speaking clients for this to matter, so it's just for your consideration.
We hope to be back in beautiful Cotignac again and if we're lucky we can stay again at Clos de la Source. We got quite attached to the place. Please pass on my best regards to the owner if you speak to them.

The owner was very helpful, especially as one person had luggage lost at the airport and he arranged delivery for us.
The villa was very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed.
Both inside the villa and outside everything was to a good standard, and we especially enjoyed the pool which was a good size and well maintained.

The location is perfect, because you can reach the most famous destinations in a very short time, still being out of the confusion.
It is very convenient to be close to a village (one can walk to buy a fresh baguette in the morning), when in the very fascinating Carpentras you find everything you need (including an astonishing patisserie).
The house was better than I expected. We found it very big for 5 persons (2 small boys) but when we have received the visit of a couple from Italy still it was very confortable.
It has a large, nice living room, confortable bed-rooms and a properly accessoriated kitchen. The overall design is good and there's a warm atmosphere. The pool is nicely displaced and definitively refreshing!
Mrs ..... is very nice and helpful.
Most important: you don't feel a stranger.
For the price spent, there's no objections. We would be happy to repeat our experience soon.
Now, someone (not me) may found the following unsatisfactory:
- one bathroom shower was out of order;
- on the groundfloor you have a jacuzzi and a massage shower, that you're not allowed to use - so why installing them?
- the garden, although well kept, is a bit unfinished, I am sure Mr Basset will continue is good job.
- there's a white fence to cover the "wild" part of the garden that is partially fallen down.
Also, you don't really understand who's living in the building besides you - not that you are disturbed by noises or the like, but still you feel you're not alone.

Now, someone (not me) may found the following unsatisfactory:
- one bathroom shower was out of order;
- on the groundfloor you have a jacuzzi and a massage shower, that you're not allowed to use - so why installing them?
- the garden, although well kept, is a bit unfinished, I am sure Mr Basset will continue is good job.
- there's a white fence to cover the "wild" part of the garden that is partially fallen down.
Also, you don't really understand who's living in the building besides you - not that you are disturbed by noises or the like, but still you feel you're not alone.

we've just returned from our week at the above accommodation. We had a wonderful time and the Villa was exactly as described on your website.
We found Monsieur and Madame ...... extremely friendly despite the fact that they spoke little English. My French is fairly poor but I did try!

Many thanks for your prompt and helpful replies on this 2 houses. Both were strong contenders for the good value on offer, but we have chosen a place in a quite different location for this year. I would like to mention that your website is great - really user Friendly and with excellently detailed information about the properties and their environs. Many thanks for this.
